PSATC is the only fully certified Apprenticeship Program sanctioned by the State of California and the first National Apprenticeship Program for Pool Maintenance and Pool Service Technicians approved by the United States Department of Labor.
Our Mission: The PSATC strives to furnish apprentices with the skills, work experience, and knowledge needed to advance toward a meaningful and fulfilling career pathway in the Pool and Spa Service Industry, all supplied by the comprehensive program provided by The PSATC.

PSATC’s Pool & Spa Apprenticeship Program
Learn: Industry leaders teach about the core competencies and technical skills to be successful in the Pool and Spa Service Industry early, often, and over a career.
Earn: Get paid while you are going to school and undertaking daily hands-on projects overseen by a journeyman mentor - with all tuition paid by your employers.
Return: After graduating from our Apprenticeship Program in 12 months, return as a journeyman with a salary increase - having earned the respect of your fellow employees and enhanced stature in the industry. All graduated apprentices will receive a Certificate of Completion and Journeyman Card from the California Division of Apprenticeship Standards.
